We ship directly from our ZÈRA Jewels warehouse located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
Important: Custom orders take between 4-7 weeks due to the handmade process.

Once your order has shipped, our systems will send you an automated email or text containing your unique tracking number. You can use that number on the delivery carrier's official website to keep tabs on your order's whereabouts - OR just contact us for an update!

I love diamonds especially when they're in the shape of hearts so when I saw this bracelet I knew I had to have it! I've gotten so many compliments but I was a little disappointed that the T-prong is bent (not to sure if it's supposed to be that way) and the clasp doesn't snap in to close so I have to depend on the hook closure on the side in order to secure it. I did't want to return it since it takes so long to receive. The piece looks just like the picture when the light hits it. This is a piece that you can dress up or down for any occasion. It is just a beautiful piece.
