ORDERS:

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-5 business days after the order is placed. If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders during holidays or promotions these processing times may be extended to 7-14 business days.

ZÈRA Jewels does not offer expedited processing services unless specifically requested to rush a order. Once an order has left our facility your selected shipping speed will be applied by USPS, and USPS will strive to deliver your package within your selected timeframe. 

ZÈRA Jewels is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package (weather, COVID-19, operations, truck break downs, improper package handling). Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support here if your delivery was delayed. If you do not see movement with your tracking number for more than 5 business days please file a Route Package Protection claim here

 

 Please Note:
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once an order is shipped , an automated email notification with a tracking number is sent immediately.
  • Please keep in mind if priority USPS shipping method is chosen, this does not expedite ZÈRA processing times.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
  • During holiday season we can not guarantee an exact delivery time due to an increase in orders, and increased USPS deliveries.
  • International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
  • All prices are quoted in the US Dollar currency.
  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
  • International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

      CUSTOM ORDERS:

      All custom made orders will currently take up to 7 weeks before completion.  Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be cancelled nor returned. These items are handmade by our design team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Due to the handmade process completion times can not be guaranteed.  

       

      INTERNATIONAL: 

      Due to COVID-19 International order deliveries are expected to take UP TO 2 months. Please choose DHL shipping at the check out for quicker delivery. DHL delivery will take up to 7 business days. Depending on the country, delays can occur. Customs and duties fees may apply, these fees are not charged by ZÈRA Jewels - they are a requirement from your country's postal service. ZÈRA Jewels is not responsible for paying any customs fees associated with your package. 

      Duties + Taxes Refund

      Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund from your local customs office for all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information on requesting a refund.

       

      MISSED DELIVERY

      ZÈRA Jewels ensures the dispatch of each order to the exact address provided at the time of purchase. In the event that the customer provides an incorrect or partial address it will result in a non-delivery. USPS will not be able to successfully deliver your package to an incorrect or partial address. If the mail carrier chooses to mark the package as "Return to Sender", ZÈRA Jewels shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund due to the mail carrier's decision. 

      USPS will return the package to our distribution center. A customer service representative will personally contact you once your package is returned. Once confirmed that your package has arrived - you may chose to receive the following: full store credit , a cash refund minus a 15% restocking fee, or a re-shipment.       LOST IN TRANSIT + STOLEN PACKAGES

      ZÈRA Jewels is not responsible for lost packages nor stolen packages. In the case a package has been lost by the postal service or stolen you must contact us within 30 days of the incident. 

      ZÈRA Jewels shall in no way be required to issue a refund. If you have purchased Route Shipping Insurance and feel your package is lost or stolen, a claim should be submitted within 15 days of the occurrence. Learn more about Route Shipping Insurance.
