FOR U.S. ORDERS:

Here at ZÈRA Jewels we understand that jewelry is a personal investment, and we want to make sure everything is perfect for our valued customers. If you're not totally obsessed with your zerajewels.com purchase, you may return it for a store credit refund. Return requests may be submitted only for unworn merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. Packaging must be included in the returned package (card inserts, jewelry box, gift cards) or fees may be deducted from the total refund amount. A refund in the form of store credit will be issued once the return is processed. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount issued. 

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or issue refunds for worn items, custom-made jewelry, nor jewelry purchased on sale or during a promotion. Neither of these are eligible for return unless there were mishaps that occurred prior to shipment or a repair/resizing is required. 

ZÈRA Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of approval. 

All returned merchandise is subject to quality assurance inspection. If your returned merchandise does not pass quality assurance inspection it may be returned to you, and the refund shall be voided.

 

MIS-FITTING JEWELRY?

If you're pleased with your stunning jewelry but it doesn't quite fit, we offer resizing services for certain merchandise. We resize all cuban link necklaces, cuban bracelets, and cuban anklets at the fraction of the price of a jewelry repair store.

Need a re-sizing?

Please contact returns@zerajewels.com for more information on how you can get your jewelry length extended. Extended jewelry is not eligible for exchange or return.

 

JEWELRY MISHAP? FREE 30 DAY REPAIR WARRANTY:

 

All of our jewelry is guaranteed under a 30 day repair warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair of the piece - free of charge.

ZÈRA Jewels will repair your jewelry if you experience any usage mishaps with your new piece. In the case that a clasp breaks , becomes defective, or a link becomes separated - our repair team will fix the jewelry at no additional cost to you.

This repair warranty is voided on user damage issues (ie: water damage, jewelry mishandling, tarnishing). There is a $25 repair fee if you encounter future problems after your first repair. 

Need a repair?

Please submit a return request with our returns center to submit a repair claim. Once your claim is reviewed, and approved specific instructions will be emailed to you regarding your repair. 

 

 

HERE'S HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):

1. Visit our returns center: https://zera.returnscenter.com/ . Fill out the email and order number on the form to retrieve your order details.
2. Choose the item(s) you need to return. Once chosen, select your reason for return. Then submit your return request; once your return request is submitted it is subject for review. 
3. Please note it may take up to 3 business days to review your return request. However once your return request is reviewed and approved you will be emailed specific instructions on where to return your order. In certain cases you will be provided with a FREE return label, please ensure to print it out and attach it securely to your shipping box. 
4.Seal up the box and drop it off anywhere in the U.S. mail !

Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processing! All returned merchandise is subject to quality assurance inspection. If your returned merchandise does not pass quality assurance inspection it may be returned to you, and the refund shall be voided.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges, jewelry resizing, nor jewelry repairs on orders shipped internationally. Only refunds in the form of store credit are available. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount issued.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or issue refunds for worn items, custom-made jewelry, nor jewelry purchased on sale or during a promotion. Neither of these are eligible for return unless there were mishaps that occurred prior to shipment. 

We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 60 business days for the return to be delivered to our returns center.

DAMAGED ORDERS:

In the rare case that your jewelry was damaged during delivery or defective the customer must contact ZÈRA Jewels within 7 daysZÈRA Jewels will file an insurance claim with Route Shipping Insurance on your behalf or request the customer completes a ZÈRA Jewels return request. Route Shipping Insurance will decide to replace the item or reimburse. Please visit this page to learn more about Route Package Protection.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel an order you may contact customer service at info@zerajewels.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we can not process cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
