If you have missed a delivery attempt, we should have already notified you via email and/or SMS. This email contains important instructions about how to collect your parcel or schedule a re-delivery to a location or time that suits you.

 

Why wasn't my package left at my address?

Carriers are instructed to get a signature unless you've provided authority before hand to leave the package. Although the driver will do their best, please note that it isn't always safe to leave goods (i.e if you live in a unit block or on a main street). Most orders will require a signature for delivery. There will be two additional delivery attempts if you miss the first. After the third attempt, your package will be returned to Zera Jewels. 

 

Can I arrange re-delivery?

Absolutely! The fastest way to arrange a re-delivery or locate the collection point closes to you is to contact the carrier directly. (Click Here)

Carriers will typically arrange re-delivery starting from the next business day onward.

My package has already been returned to Zera Jewels, what can I do?

There are 3 options available: 

  1. Request store credit for a future purchase. 
  2. Request a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee deducted)
  3. Pay for a re-shipment (Click Here)
