We ship directly from our ZÈRA Jewels warehouse located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
Important: Custom orders take between 4-7 weeks due to the handmade process.

Once your order has shipped, our systems will send you an automated email or text containing your unique tracking number. You can use that number on the delivery carrier's official website to keep tabs on your order's whereabouts - OR just contact us for an update!

I love this choker and the Cuban link style. I love that it is adjustable and matches an adjustable Cuban link bracelet I have. It matches perfectly. Presentation is everything and came in a nice box. Recommend highly.

This piece is very hard to manage you have to slide it over your head and it’s hard to manage the links the turn reverse side and very difficult I try to wear it twice I gave up because I can’t get it to work
