If you ARE in love with your jewelry but something unexpected happens we're still here to help. ZERA offers a 90 day repair warranty where we'll fix any mishaps like broken links, or broken clasps for free. Just email us.

We ship directly from our ZÈRA Jewels warehouse located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
Important: Custom orders take between 4-7 weeks due to the handmade process.

Once your order has shipped, our systems will send you an automated email or text containing your unique tracking number. You can use that number on the delivery carrier's official website to keep tabs on your order's whereabouts - OR just contact us for an update!

Would have been 5 stars but about 4 links at the end of the necklace were made together, causing the necklace to be slightly shorter than normal. The necklace was for my 15 year old son and he didn’t want to wait on a new one, so we didn’t bother to return it.
