SHIPPING
Most items are in stock and will ship within 5 business days. If items are made-to-order or are custom-made pieces, please allow approximately 7-10 business days to create due to the handmade jewelry process. These items are truly handmade by our staff and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.

Please allow 5-14 business days delivery time for all international orders. Zera Jewels offers free shipping on all orders over $50. All orders placed on Friday will likely not be processed until the following Monday.

TRACKING
We provide tracking for all orders. You will receive your USPS tracking information VIA email once your order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse.  If your package is delayed or held by USPS please contact the carrier to find more information on your package. Zera Jewels is not responsible for extended shipping times, shipping times are controlled only by the mail carrier. Once your package is in the care of USPS it is no longer the responsibility of Zera Jewels.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for reason of no customs payment, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempt to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS. Zera Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
