Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment.
Due to the handmade jewelry process all custom made orders will ship within 7-10 business days. If an item is made-to-order due to being out of stock please allow approximately 7-10 business days to create as well. These items are truly handmade by our team and take a lot of time and care to perfect. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.
Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day.
If you ordered custom pieces, we try to ship you the item that is completed first. Don't worry your entire order will arrive soon after!
All express shipments require the usual processing time of 2-5 business days. When express shipping is selected, the time frame shown only applies once the package leaves our facility. Zera Jewels does not profit from additional shipping charges, all shipping fees are paid to the selected mail carrier. The customs fee is required your country's post office , not by Zera Jewels. You will need to provide the necessary payment to the post office to retrieve your package. If you do not make the payment, the item will be returned to us.
If your package is delayed or held by USPS please contact the carrier to find more information on your package. Zera Jewels is not responsible for an delayed, lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. We can not send a refund or a replacement unless a USPS claim number is provided.
This means that no one was present to accept the package when the mail carrier attempted delivery. You will need to go to your local post office and retrieve your package - they will hold it at the post office for up to 14 days. If the package remains unclaimed it will be sent back to us. Zera Jewels will re-ship the package once the returns center receives it.
Usually when your package is in transit with the mail carrier the tracking information will not update until it is physically scanned in by someone. Once scanned the tracking information will update. If your purchase is held at customs for processing, the tracking information will not update until thee customs department releases the package to the mail courier.
For any questions and concerns regarding the whereabouts of your package you must contact the mail carrier. Zera Jewels is a separate company from USPS/UPS/DHL and does not have access to tracking systems to provide any additional information.
