FAQ


When will my order be done?
Please keep in mind that Zera Jewels items are made-to-order or are custom-made pieces. This takes time.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks to create due to the handmade jewelry process. International orders may take up to 30 days. Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled nor returned.

All orders placed on Friday will likely not be processed until the following Monday.

I only received part of my order. What's going on?

 If you ordered custom pieces, we try to ship you the item that is completed first. Don't worry your entire order will arrive soon after!

USPS has not delivered my package, when will I get my order?

 If your package is delayed or held by USPS please contact the carrier to find more information on your package. Zera Jewels is not responsible for an delayed, lost or stolen packages. It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS. We can not send a refund or a replacement unless a USPS claim number is provided.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please read the returns policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds after 24 hours of placing your order. However, we will gladly accept exchanges on undamaged/unused necklaces, rings, and bracelets within 7 days, with the exception of “sale” items that are final sale. Shipping charges apply on all exchanges.

When will I receive my exchange?

As soon as your package reaches us, we will immediately process your exchange / refund, and notify you once we have approved the return!

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, you do not - you can place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you do create an account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!
HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER WITH KLARNA?

To select Klarna as your payment method on the check out page you'll need to change the payment method at the checkout - no need to create a Klarna account. Just tap 'change' under payment type, 'add new payment method' and then select Pay Later with Klarna.
