You can reach us by email at info@zerajewels.com.  We try to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
  1. Personalized items are estimated to take 3-4weeks to produce before shipping at this time. Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day.
  2. Our business days are Monday through Friday ( 10 AM- 6 PM) production, shipping ,and customer support are CLOSED Sat & Sun. If you order on Friday, your order will not start processing until the following Monday. Emails and inquiries will not be addressed on closed days.
  3. If you have received an order confirmation number, that means your order is with our production staff pending completion. Once your item is  inspected and packaged, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing tracking information.
  4. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of your order. We try to start the processing time as soon as possible to ensure you receive your item quickly. 
  5. All express shipments require the usual processing time of 3-7 business days. When express shipping is selected, the time frame shown only applies once the package leaves our facility. Zera Jewels does not profit from additional shipping charges, all shipping fees are paid to the selected mail carrier.
