  1. Personalized items are estimated to take 7-10 business days to produce before shipping at this time. Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day.
  2. Business days are considered (Monday-Friday) 10 AM- 6 PM EST. 
  3. If you have received an order confirmation number, that means your order is with our production staff pending completion. Once your item is completed, inspected and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information.
  4. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of your order. We try to start the processing time as soon as possible to ensure you receive your item quickly.
